Advertised SPEEDS

When I called to set up service I was not familiar with the packages offered. I advised the rep that we mostly needed service for NETFLIX , YOUTUBE and PODCAST HOSTING. He assured me that he had set me up with a package that would handle that. After the install fiasco the next issue popped up .. besides being horribly slow and FAILING at speedtest, we could not watch Netflix with out constant skipping. After calling multiple times only to be on hold for 15 plus minutes and or disconnected while my account was being reviewed. We finally talked to someone who informed us that oh no we were on Elite and that we needed to be on MAX PLUS which was the fasted in our area. Please see below for advertised speeds
